Customer Support Engineer IPT - IP Connectivity
Candidate must have more experience on IP backbone, MPLS, Routing, etc.
IP Operation & Maintenance engineer for the IP Network of the One HLR Network.
- Daily or regular operation & maintenance (such as preventative maintenance works.
- Ensures seamless resolution of servie requests from the customer.
- On site escalation support for technical issues. Assist NOC Team leader in his duties as required.
- Work with other vendor's staff on site & 3rd parties to proivde problem resolution.
- Produce reports for customer & management on SLA performance and KPI's .
- Monitor status of all open ticket & ensure these are progressed appropriately.
- Manager/ resolve customer raised problems within the defined SLA boundaries.
- Provide technical work around to customer problems.
Technical Requirements:
General Technical Requriement:
Strong IP Networking experience skills
- Knowledge of Sun hardware. Knwledge of X500 directories/ databases.
- Knwoledge of LDAP and DAP. Knowledge of Sun Solaris operating system to at least System Administration level.
- Knowledge of GSM Network system (such as HLR, MSC, SS7), etc.
